How do I pay?

You can pay by card or PayPal balance from inside the product: open Billing, choose monthly or annual, and the renewal terms are shown beside the button before anything is charged. Free stays free, Growth and Scale start with a 14-day trial that takes no card at all, and Agency starts with a conversation so we can size brands and question volume.

How do I cancel?

In the product, in one click: Billing, then Cancel subscription. No email, no retention call. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

What is a tracked question?

One buyer question you track, asked on the AI systems you connect. The plan limit counts the questions you keep active per brand, not the number of API calls: each run asks them again, and each answer is stored with the engine, the model and the date.

A run asks your tracked questions once and stores the answers. Runs are capped per brand per day, manual and scheduled together, because each one costs real model calls: 2 a day on Free, 3 on Growth, 4 on Scale and 6 on Agency.
